The Signatory Superb marks the entry into Vispring’s two-layer spring design, pairing hand-opened long-stranded Austrian Moosburger® horsetail with hand-teased Real Shetland Wool blended with cashmere to shape the feel and thermal behavior of the sleep surface. The ticking is crafted from wool, silk, and viscose to breathe softly against the skin, while the upholstery builds in layers of British fleece wool for resilience and moisture regulation, followed by the resilient horsetail fibers that resist compression and preserve loft over time.

Further refinement comes from Real Shetland Wool blended with cashmere for a finer, softer transition that moderates temperature without trapping heat, and a core of Real Shetland Wool blended with organic cotton to add body and absorptive capacity through the night. The spring system features two layers of hand-nested, vanadium steel calico pocket springs, with 3,296 springs in a King size delivering independent support and continuous response. The border is upholstered with coir and wool, finished with four rows of hand side-stitching to firm the perimeter, extend the usable sleep surface, and maintain the upholstery profile for years of use, while hand-tufting compresses the fillings into a stable, consistent depth at every tuft point.
